This product is made using only dried Pajarero figs and Valencia almonds. These figs have a soft skin with a delicate sweet taste. The figs are pressed forming layers with the almonds and walnuts to obtain the round wheel.

Ingredents: Made with dried figs, walnuts, almonds, anise seeds and cinnamon.
It means it’s the perfect product which has been adapted to every gastronomic culture in every country. Depending on which cheese you prefer, strong or sweet, you can mix it with Gouda or Roquefort, sliced and inserted between the fig bread, to make a kind of “sandwich”.
