Guindilla de Ibarra in Vinegar DOP 212g by Agiña Piperrak
The Guindilla de Ibarra or Piparra does not itch and offers a mild and delicate flavor.
It has a yellowish green colour, its skin is fine and its flesh is very tender.
They can only be found in the Basque Country due to its geographical and meteorological conditions.
It forms part of classic aperitifs such as the popular gilda (piparra accompanied by a couple of stuffed olives and an anchovy fillet) or also as a garnish of a grilled steak. The Eusko Label of quality guarantees that the "Guindilla de Ibarra" are produced and packaged in Euskadi.
