    1Cut the bread in slices and toast the slices in the oven or in the toaster until the bread is perfectly toasted.

    2 Cut a piece of the sobrasada around the size of the toast and spread it on top of the toast..

    3 Cover the toast with a drizzle of honey.

    4Then, fry the quail eggs in olive oil.

    5 Right after the eggs fried, place them on top of the toast. Ready to eat right away.


    TIPS:

    You can’t crack open a quail egg the same way you crack a chicken egg. Push the tip of a sharp paring knife into the shell about one-third of the way down from the top, saw gently, and then pull off the top of the shell.
