TASTING NOTES
Organic breeding wine in bloom in its maximum level of aromas, a past and fragrant camomile with 8 years of aging in centennial American oak boots. View: Golden, clean and bright.
Nose: Medium-high aromatic intensity with notes of yeast. Chalk and minerality of the albariza.
Mouth: Dry, with passage through the mouth, saline and persistent, very balanced.
Gastronomy At a service temperature between 8 and 10 degrees, it is the perfect wine along with seafood, fried fish, oysters and rice. Ideal at any time and at any time.
Since 1991, Sanlúcar de Barrameda almacenista Francisco (Paco) Yuste has pursued the objective of producing Manzanilla up to its highest historic standards. Upon rescue and restoration of venerable, endangered soleras and bodegas in Sanlúcar’s emblematic Barrio Alto and Barrio Bajo districts, classic Manzanillas and Sherries are produced.
