Its quality depends on the raw material selection and its producer’s mastery to blend them. The Jijona variety is soft: the almonds are reduced to a paste.  Our excellent Turrón de Alicante is produced by the representative of the 3rd generation of a Turrón masters’ family, Pablo Garrigós, particularly selective with the quality of the ingredients.
