Turrón is a traditional confection made of honey, sugar and egg white, with toasted almonds. It is usually shaped into either a rectangular tablet or a round cake. Its quality depends on the raw material selection and its producer’s mastery to blend them. The Jijona variety is soft: the almonds are reduced to a paste. Our excellent Turrón de Alicante is produced by the representative of the 3rd generation of a Turrón masters’ family, Pablo Garrigós, particularly selective with the quality of the ingredients.
